Welding requires a high level of skill and experience. At All Metals Fabricating, we have both. With an average of over 20 years of experience per welder, All Metals has the significant expertise and modern equipment to handle your most demanding precision welding needs.
Our extensive welding department uses a variety of welding procedures including MIG, TIG, robotic and spot welding. With our vast knowledge of welding and fabrication, we can ensure the proper technique, for example when to use TIG vs MIG welding, is used to produce a quality product at an efficient cost. We work closely with customers to understand their exact needs and are able to cost-effectively engineer weld fixtures to achieve precise alignment and maintain tight tolerances.
Our certified welders are experienced craftsmen capable of welding the most complex assemblies out of a variety of material types and thicknesses. With an unrivaled level of detailed workmanship, our highly skilled craftsmen take pride in consistently producing the highest quality weldments and assemblies, cost effectively and on time, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Our state-of-the-art welding facility ensures that our welders are equipped with an extensive range of advanced welding equipment, enabling us to tackle diverse metal fabrication projects with precision and efficiency. This includes the OTL DA-300P T16 Welder for precision detailed welding and the Capital FD-V6 Standard Arc Welding Robot for high volume automated tasks. Our TIG and MIG welding capabilities are robust, featuring multiple Millermatic welders and six TIG Miller welders.

All Metals Fabricating is committed to utilizing the best technology. By providing our employees with the best equipment, we are able to produce our customers’ parts as efficiently as possible.
All Metals recently added an IPG 2500W fiber laser welding machine that allows us to weld with higher efficiency than with traditional welding methods. This machine’s smaller bead results in less grind time when a blended finish is needed, producing faster lead times for our customers.
Automation is an emerging trend in metal fabrication. There are many types of robotic welding, and they all have the capacity to save us time and produce a quality product.
Our Capital FD-V Standard Arc Welding Robot produces excellent results for high volume production welding.
• Increased productivity: The robotic welding cell welds about 10 times faster than a human. It runs continuously and without fatigue, producing higher outputs. By increasing productivity, we are able to increase capacity, so we can take on higher volume welding projects.
• Extreme precision: This welding robot is equipped with advanced sensors that produce precise, accurate welds.
• Improved quality: This automation produces consistent weld qualities with fewer defects and less room for human error. This reduces our need to rework parts, allowing us to get parts to our customers faster.
All Metals also purchased a HY-3000W lithium battery module welding machine that allows us to weld battery modules together using aluminum busbars. This new technology is critical in the massive implementation of alternative energy through battery usage.
We are proud to be one of only a few contract manufacturers in the United States with this technology, and we are ready and willing to serve your battery welding needs.
